By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following.

Custom work

All custom pieces are made to order based on the details, photos, and instructions you provide. We are not responsible for reproducing copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks you request; you are responsible for having the right to use any image or design you submit.

Turnaround

Custom pieces ship 3 to 4 weeks after design approval. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during high-demand periods (holidays, markets).

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin custom work. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Bookings

Blank Canvas Set Experience bookings are confirmed only once a deposit is received. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our studio. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Intellectual property

Photos of our work may be used in our own marketing and portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

S. Alexander Creations is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services.
